Went last night to the Joya as we fancied a curry. As always the restaurant looks great and staff give you a very warm welcome. We had a drink in front of the roaring fire and placed our orders. My wife had the Onion Bhaji and I opted for the Samosa's, we were give 3 each so we shared each other. Starters were good, I had the Beef Madras and my wife close the Joya Curry Festival. My Madras was lovely and my wife's meal which consisted of 3 different curries comprising of Chicken Korma, Lamb Madras and a Vegetable Curry. Each main course came with a lovely pilau rice and a pitta bread, the pitta bread was the let down really. Would have enjoyed a nice nan bread but I assume they don't have a tandoori oven, perhaps they should buy them in and freeze them. We also had a portion of Bombay Potato, nice but four pieces of potato for 22tl is a bit pricey. Overall a great experience and we WILL return.
Had a lovely meal tonight with two friends. The food was lovely & the service was excellent. It wasn't too busy so when my friend went outside to smoke on her own one of the waiting staff went with her to keep her company, a true gentleman & very thoughtful. As I'm usually a solo female traveller little things like that go a long way in my opinion. One of the best evenings in Cyprus so far.
Went there sat night fantastic meal and superb service highly recommend it and such lovely friendly staff too.
