Called in for an early dinner as hadn't eaten since breakfast. Came away completely stuffed after the delicious Lebanese Meze followed by Moroccan mint tea. Friendly staff, delicious food... Now want to go back for their Arabic breakfast would definitely recommend!!!
Having read such good things about The Marrakech we made a point of finding our way there last week when we were back in Paphos on holiday. It did NOT disappoint.
We chose the Lebanese Meze; a popular dish as Paul, one of the owners and our waiter for the night, informed us. I could fully understand why. We were bought some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. I have only a fleeting familiarity with Moroccan cuisine and none with Lebanese bought it's always sounded very tasty to me. I was happy to find this was most definitely the case.
Paul and his wife, head chef Sam, were very friendly and attentive throughout the evening. We were there several hours eating their delicious food and polishing off the evening drinking mint tea and chatting with them.
We'll be back in the summer and we'll be bringing friends. Sam's promised to teach me how to use the Shisha properly... :)
Had a great meal at Marrakech last week. We went for the meze night, a fabulous selection of beautifully presented starters, dips and breads, followed by grilled chicken, lamb and beef kebab, rice and the most flavoursome vegetable and tomato stew I’ve ever tasted. We didn’t really have room for the homemade brownie but it was so nice we nearly finished it! And live music from the wonderful Major/minor! If you’ve not been you will have to give it a go.
